I've moved from my shared house into my own little flat just around the corner from my friends so I get the best of both worlds, my own space that will be clean and tidy but close enough for lots of social gatherings.

Downside is I appear to have a rather deaf neighbour who listens to the TV rather too loudly for my liking.
